How long are the workouts?
The workouts can be anywhere from 40-50min depending on how long you rest and how slowly or quickly you take each exercise. Keep in mind the time is an estimate.
What do I need for the Pilates workouts?
You will need a mat, light weights (1-5lbs), ankle weights, and a Pilates ball.
All equipment is optional and the workouts can be completed without the weights, ankles weights, or the Pilates ball.
What do I need for the strength workouts?
These workouts use dumbbells, barbells, a bench, cables, and basic machines like a hamstring curl machine.
All of the gym based strength workouts can be modified to be done with just dumbbells to be done at home.
What’s the schedule?
Weightlifting gym based workouts 2 times a week.
Mat Pilates workouts 3 times a week.
